This is my beautiful sister and her handsome boys. It’s been a really long time since I’ve done family photos of them and she figured (as did I), it was time for an update. 🙂 I’m so happy we had the opportunity to do this and that the weather held out for us because re-scheduling would have been a beast. As you can imagine, a 20 year old and a 16 year old would rather be ANY place else other than having their pictures taken… especially BOYS! LOL But, they were troopers and I know mom thanks you and so do I. Love you all, Kimberly

Beautiful Family in the Apple Orchard!
{Elkhorn Wisconsin Family Photographer}
What a GORGEOUS night for this photo session in the apple orchard. They were actually scheduled for this past Saturday. However, anyone that is from or was in Southeastern Wisconsin Saturday evening knows what the weather was like. We had some unbelievable rain storms. But, luckily enough, Monday evening was perfect for all of us. Anyway, this is my first time photographing this family but it is definitely not my first time photographing beautiful Ms. K. I just love, love this girl. She is a photographers dream and really knows how to work it. 🙂 Not only does she have a gorgeous smile that is very contagious, her witty and spunky personality shines through in that gorgeous smile. I also want to give a big shout out to Ms. K…… HAPPY 10TH BIRTHDAY HONEY!!!!!! 🙂 Anyway Mom, I know you are very anxious for your sneak peek so I don’t want you to have wait any longer. I had a wonderful time with all of you. 🙂 Please feel free to click on the “add a comment” link below this post and leave me a comment. I’d love to know what you think so far. Thank-you, Kimberly
Fun Family and Cute, Cute Brothers!
{Brookfield Wisconsin Family Photographer}
I was so happy to finally meet this family. Mom scheduled this session a long time ago and with many conversations on the phone, it was great to finally meet them. She had told me about her 2 sons, 6 yrs old and 2 yrs old. She told me how cute they were and that they were runners. When I pulled up to their place, I saw these two boys “running” ALL over the place and boy oh boy, were they CUTE. 🙂 I got out of my car and the little one ran right up to me and looked at me with those big brown eyes and gorgeous smile and said “hi!”. LOL So cute! We went on to a local park and oh my, it was awesome. The kids ran a lot and I laughed a lot. We had just a tad of a hard time keeping the little one contained for some group shots but I had some tricks up my sleeve and we ended up with a very successful session. Anyway, “M” family, again, it was great meeting you and I look forward to seeing you again in a couple of weeks. I know you are anxious to see your images so here is a little sneak peek for you. Feel free to click on the “add a comment” link below this post and leave a comment. I’d love to know what you think. Thank-you, Kimberly
Milwaukee Yacht Club!
{Southeastern Wisconsin Portrait Photographer}
I had a wonderful time yesterday evening at the Milwaukee Yacht Club photographing their 139th annual Commissioning Ceremony. The Commissioning Ceremony is the opening of the Yacht Club and marks the beginning of the boating season. The Commodore and officers were brought to the dock by boat and the proceedings began. The deceased members from the past year were recognized and a wreath was laid in the water in memory of these members. The American Flag was raised and the National Anthem played. Then the club cannon was fired. I have never been to an event such at this and it was an amazing experience with a bunch of amazing people….. and lets not forget the very, very beautiful evening. To the yacht club members, you should have received a card from Kimberly Ann Photography with the dates the images from the ceremony will be posted on-line and instructions on how to view them. If you did not, please contact Kimberly at info@kimberlyannphotography.com or call 262-492-3893. They will be available beginning June 7th, 2010. But, in the meantime, enjoy a little sneak peek of a few images from the ceremony. Also, please feel free to click on the “add a comment” below this post and leave me a comment. Thank-you, Kimberly
5 Day Old Champ!
{Franklin Wisconsin Newborn Photographer}
I did Mrs. M’s maternity photos a couple months back and was so excited when she finally (and yes, I mean finally as she was 4 days late LOL) called to tell me her little munchkin was here. M and J did not want to know ahead of time if they were having a boy or a girl. I don’t know how they did it. You ever hear of curiosity killed the cat? Well, I’m the cat. LOL I just HAD to know with both of my kiddos. They are abviously a lot stronger than I am. haha!Anyway, a new beautiful 9 pound 2 ounce bouncing baby boy entered our world 5 days ago and I am SO happy for the new momma and papa. Congratulations and I am looking forward to watching this little guy grow with you. So, with that said, I know you are anxious to see your images. So to hold you over until the rest of them are ready, here is a little sneak peek for you. While you are visiting my blog, feel fee to click on the “add a comment” link below this post and leave me a comment. I’d love to know what you think so far. Thank-you, Kimberly

What is a senior model? Senior models are representatives from local high schools that are chosen to promote our studio’s senior photography services and also to help us try out new locations, props, lighting etc…..
What do senior models do? Selected models promote our studio by spreading the word about our services to fellow other classmates. This is done by word of mouth; showing your portraits to your classmates; distributing flyers and any other creative ways you can think of.
What do I get for my efforts? The classmates you send to our studio for a portrait session are logged giving you credit for sending them. At the end of the season totals are tallied. You will earn a complimentary set of wallets per senior session that was credited to your name, referal cards with your photo on them, 10 free facebook images and a free 1 – 2 hour photo session.
What type of person are we looking for? Seniors with outgoing personalities who aren’t afraid to make contact with your classmates are ideal candidates.

{Southeastern Wisconsin High School Senior Photographer}
First of all, I want to say thank-you and congratulations to everyone from the Class of 2010. The year is almost over and graduation is right around the corner. I want to wish each of you good luck on whatever life brings to you.. I’m sure you will all do great.
Also, don’t forget about graduation announcements. Time is running out with a design deadline of June 15th, 2010. So I encourage you, if you would like personalized announcement/invitations, to contact me soon.
So, now, on to a contest…… it’s a battle of the referral. We did this last year with great success so I wanted to offer it up again. I will be giving away a $300 visa gift card to the class of 2010 senior who has used my portrait services and who refers the most class of 2011 seniors my way and a $100 visa gift card for second place.
The rules….
1. I need at least 3 or more referrals from you to consider it a win.
2. The referred class of 2011 senior MUST schedule a session by the contest deadline of Sept. 1, 2010 for you to receive a tally for that senior. Just calling and inquiring does not count.
3. The class of 2011 senior MUST mention YOUR name when they schedule the session. I can not and will not track it all down for you.
4. Contest ends September 1st with all referrals being in and scheduled and the winners will be announced on my blog on September 10th.
Note: In case of a first place tie, first and second place prize will be totaled together ($400) and will be split between the 2 winners ($200 each). In case of a 2nd place tie, two $100 visa gift cards will be awarded.
So, what are you waiting for? Start talking and earn some referral credits…. I know you want to. 🙂

Lovin’ Me Some Springtime!
{Southeastern Wisconsin Portrait Photographer}
Although we’ve had a lot of rain the last few weeks and very few day of warm weather… sometimes feeling a little more like winter is coming and not summer… I am still so excited for Spring to finally be here. I was supposed to have a photo session today but the little kiddos were sick. 🙁 It was such a beautiful day today so, I didn’t want it to go to waste. I just had to get out. I didn’t have people subjects but I did find other subjects that were very photogenic today. Ohhhhh how I love me some springtime. 🙂 Enjoy the images below! Kimberly
