Another Beautiful Snow Session… Class of 2012!
{Milwaukee Wisconsin High School Senior Photographer}

Just a little over a week before this session we had a blizzard and had over two feet of snow on the ground.  It was a lot of snow, but I thought it was gorgeous and perfect for the high school senior snow session I had coming up.  No way would 2 feet of snow melt within 2 weeks!  Well, I was wrong.  🙁  The entire week of this young ladies photo session, oh and the session was at the very end of the week by the way… but, the entire week was in the 50’s.  🙁  Yes, warm and beautiful.. made me itch for spring… but it melted all my beautiful snow!  LOL But, even though most of it melted, we found little piles of snow here and there that were left behind and we made it work.  🙂  But hey, at least it wasn’t 20 below zero so I guess I shouldn’t complain.  LOL Anyway, I had a fantastic time and it was awesome meeting you Ms. B.  🙂  I hope you had an awesome time too.  🙂

{Southeastern Wisconsin High School Senior Photographer}

A very gorgeous girl on a very gorgeous evening.  My first class of 2012 senior for this 2011 season and the first senior to brave the snow and cold.  It was awesome and such a change for me to shoot a senior out in the snow.  I love, love, love it and thought it was gorgeous and just amazing.  Look at how her eyes just pop.  Anyway, Ms. P, it was wonderful working with you again.  I hope you had fun… I know I did. 🙂  While you are visiting my blog, feel free to click on the “add a comment” link below this post and/or click on one of the “sharing is sexy” buttons and share the post with family and friends.

Also, to the rest of the 2012 senior class, Kimberly Ann Photography’s spring and summer schedule is now open.  🙂  But, you also still have time to get in on the snow fun before it’s all gone for the year.  🙂

Thank-you, Kimberly

Outgoing Senior Guy – Class of 2011 Senior!!
{Waukesha Wisconsin High School Senior Photographer}

This was an interesting session… weather wise.  It was one of those situations I do not like…. “should we do it?  Hmmm, the weathermen say it’s not supposed to rain until after 4pm. Maybe we can start early.  Can you be there at 2pm?”  I hate when that happens.  It’s like really, come on now.  Rain or don’t but don’t make me guess.  LOL  So, as you can see, we decided to go for it and I am glad we did.  It was the warmest day of the week at a wet 43deg.  The rest of the week we will be lucky if it gets above freezing at all.  Anyway, half way through the session it started misting out pretty good.  But, we managed and got ‘er in.  Mom was freezing but Mr. J here and I were doing ok.  Haha!   So, with that said, I had a really good time at this session with the awesome Mr. J.  Typically I have an in-person pre-consultation appointment with all the seniors I photograph.  However, with Mr. J’s busy summer and not having his pictures taken this summer, we were in a crunch to get them done before the year book deadline… so, there was no time for the pre-consult.  It was a little different going in having never met him before but, no problems what-so-ever.  He did an awesome job and is a great guy.  🙂  I really enjoyed meeting you Mr. J and mom and I look forward to seeing you again soon.  Here is a little sneak peek for you.  While you are visiting my blog, please feel free to click on the “add a comment” link below this post to leave me a comment. I would love to know what you think so far.  Thank-you, Kimberly

And Yet Another Gorgeous Senior Girl – Class of 2011 Senior!!
{Milwaukee Wisconsin High School Senior Photographer}

As of right now, this is my last Class of 2011 senior and WOW, what a season it was!  Busy, busy, busy and fun.  And, I have to say that the season went “out with a big huge bang” with Ms. T here. She was absolutely awesome to work with and stunning with gorgeous blue eyes.  I had such a wonderful time with her.  Great talks, great photos and some great laughs.  Also for a November day here in Wisconsin we couldn’t have asked for better weather for an outdoor photo shoot.  Everything about our session together was perfect… a perfect way to, as of now, end the perfect season.  🙂 So, you may be wondering why I keep saying “as of now”.  Well, that is because every year when I say “last senior of the season”, I get a few more late calls for senior sessions.  🙂  So, yes, I am anticipating that again this year. LOL  But, no worries, I love, love, love shooting high school seniors.  I could do it all year long so keep ’em coming.  🙂  Anyway Ms. T, I had a great time working with you and I hope you had an awesome time as well.  🙂  Here is a little sneak peek for you.  While you are visiting my blog, feel free to click on the “add a comment” link below this post to leave me a comment.  I would love to know what you think so far.  Thank-you, Kimberly

A Guy and His Guitar – Class of 2011 Senior!!
{Lake Geneva Wisconsin High School Senior Photographer}

I just love sessions like this… especially lovin’ the guitar.  This was a mini session but we are set-up to do another mini session this winter with his snowboard…. “excited!”  🙂  How “cool” (pun intended LOL) is that going to be?  Anyway, I photographed this young man’s brother a few years ago… a golfer and a swimmer.  And now, this young man, a guitar player and a snowboarder.  Love it when the high school seniors bring out their personality in their sessions.  Anyway, mom called me a few days before the session kind of nervous because they were calling for an all day rain.  I always try to calm my clients and say “don’t worry, it won’t rain” LOL.  Obviously I can not control the weather but being a bit optimistic sometimes helps…. and, in this case, it did help.  We got the session in with NO problems.  Well, ok, we had a bit of wind but at least he’s a guy and not a girl with long flowy hair.  Haha!  So now, onto your sneak peek.  🙂  While you are visiting my blog, feel free to click on the “add a comment” link below this post to leave me a comment.  I would love to know what you think so far.  Thank-you, Kimberly
