Newborn Special and a Contest.  YOU could win our new Baby’s First Year Plan!
 
We are offering YOU or someone you know who is pregnant 50% off of a studio newborn session or 25% off an on-location newborn session.  These discounts will also apply to those wanting our very popular Belly to Baby (Maternity PLUS Newborn) Session.
 
These sessions are limited but if you call today before baby is born to secure a tentative date around your due date, not only will you be eligible for our newborn special you will receive a complimentary set of 25 gorgeous custom birth announcements!
 
To be eligible, newborns must be photographed before they are 2 weeks old and your due date must be before April 15th, 2012.

Fine Print:

1) Everyone who books and completes a newborn session with Kimberly Ann Photography by April 15th will be eligible to win the Baby’s First Year Plan.
2) These sessions are weekday sessions only.  Additional fees may apply if weekend or traveling to your home is is outside a 25 mile radius from zip code 53120. Please contact Kimberly to discuss the details if needed.
3) This special offer is limited to a maximum number of participants and will end on April 1st, whichever comes first.
4) No shows or cancellations will forfeit the special offer.
5) All studio policies and pricing are in effect at the time of booking and is non-negotiable. Prints/products are sold seperatly and are not a part of your reduced session fee.
6) All participants must complete our policy agreement form that will be sent to you upon booking your session and your session fee will be due within 4 days of booking your session.
7) If this is not your first child and you would like sibling/family images and you are coming to the studio, please arrange for someone (possibly a family friend or a Grandparent) to pick up your older child after the sibling/family images are complete.  These sessions can take several hours and a young child will become restless and bored.

Newborn Special Sessions, Contests, Snow Sessions OH MY!!! All Coming Early 2012!!!

Be on the look-out for specials on newborn sessions with an added contest where you could win a complimentary “Baby’s First Year Plan” and also our annual (but with a bit of a twist) “cutest kid contest” coming early 2012.
 
So, if you know someone who has a really cute kid (I mean, come on, who doesn’t?) or if you yourself or someone you may know is pregnant, send them our way.  All the details will be posted on our Facebook business page first and then here on our blog.  So, if you are on Facebook, make sure you “like” our page “Kimberly Ann Photography on Facebook” if you have not done so already so you can be one of the first to get the details as soon as they are revealed.

We are also taking a waiting list for our famous “snow sessions”.  Yes, I know, if you are anywhere near us, you are saying “what snow?” But, I am holding out hope and crossing my fingers that we will still have a white winter.  Maybe not a white Christmas but we still have a long winter ahead of us.  🙂  So, if you are interested in finding out more information on the “snow sessions” or would like to be added to our waiting list, give us a call or email us at 262-492-3893 / info@kimberlyannphotography.com.
 
And, ONE more thing… Juniors, CLASS OF 2013…. we will be opening our schedule for spring/summer sessions beginning February 1st, 2012.  I already have a waiting list from some students waiting for that schedule to open.  So, if you are hoping to do your senior pictures with Kimberly Ann Photography and you are in the CLASS OF 2013 and want on the waiting list for first dibs on dates, send us an email and we’ll gladly put you on that list.

Holiday Mini Sessions 2011

Holiday Mini Sessions are here. I have been getting several requests for Holiday “Mini” sessions this year… actually, every year….. so, here they are.  🙂 These sessions will be approx. 30 minutes long and held in the studio.  The sets will have a “mild” Holiday theme to them and will be a lot of fun.

Introducing The Babies First Year Plan!!!!

We started a “Belly to Baby” combination session this year at Kimberly Ann Photography.  This combined session includes a “mini” maternity session and a newborn session.  This combo session became wildly popular this year so we decided to add on to it.  Not only because the belly to baby was so popular but also because we have heard many requests to add-on to the “Belly to Baby”.
 
So, Kimberly Ann Photography is very excited to announce….
 
Babies First Year Session:
 
THREE portrait sessions, exclusively designed for babies first year of life. The newborn session, 6-9 months (sitting) mini session and a 1 year photo session. This collection also comes with one 3-image 10×20 custom collage (1 image from 3 sessions) at the end of the 3rd session. Also, a complimentary set of 25 custom designed birth announcements with your newborn session if baby is under 2 weeks old.
 
Are you interested in more than THREE sessions?  No problem.  We can happily add on a Maternity Session and/or a 4-5 month old Tummy Time Session.
 
What was that?  Did I hear you missed the newborn session because your baby is already 4 months old?  No problem.  We can customize the plan to work for YOU and your child.

Fall Mini Sessions

Autumn Mini Sessions for children & Babies.  This is the perfect time to update your child’s portrait!

Wagons and wheelbarrows, baskets of apples, and denim overalls bring the magic of the fall season to life.  Captivating Autumn Leaves create the perfect background for your children’s portrait. At Kimberly Ann Photography we have designed a wonderful outdoor session that brings the magic of the fall season to you! This Limited Edition session is held at a local park creating a timeless image of your child that you are sure to cherish for years.

When: In the early evening of Oct. 6th and Oct. 8th
Where: Oct. 6th East Troy/Mukwonago area and Oct. 8th Hales Corners area
Who:  Recommended ages 7 months to 7 years. Up to two children per session. Have more children or want a family image?  Book 2 sessions back to back. (Up to 5 people only please)
What: a 15-20 minute “mini” session with 5-10 images to choose from in an on-line gallery and 2 package options:
Option A: 1 digital image and  1 11×14 wall portrait.
Option B: 1 set of 25 custom designed Holiday Cards, 1 8×10, 2 5×7’s, and one set of 8 wallets.
Cost: $175.00 (plus tax).  $70 is due at time of booking and remaining balance is due at the photo session.

Kimberly Ann Photography is Proud to Introduce…!

I am so proud and so happy to announce that Kimberly Ann Photography is expanding and has recently added onto her team.  I would like to extend a warm welcome to Mary Ann who, as of February 1, 2011, is the new full time Studio Manager at Kimberly Ann Photography.  She is a 1987 graduate from East Troy High School and a 1992 graduate from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse  receiving her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Fine Arts.  Mary Ann has spent the last 18 years in the promotional products industry.  Her main career emphasis has been as a design engineer for embroidery.  She and her husband Steve have two children ages 10 and 8 whom she enjoys spending most of her free time with. 

I know she is going to be a great addition to the team.  So, don’t be alarmed when you call and hear “Hello, Kimberly Ann Photography.  This is Mary Ann.  How can I help you today?”

Winter Promotion 2011!

First I want to give a huge shout out to all of you who booked early for the America’s Cutest Kid contest which is now full.  I am just beginning the sessions for this contest and it has been amazing.  I am so excited for the voting to get under way and I will let all of you know as soon as that is ready to happen because I know there is some excitement about it.
 
This contest for those of you who are unaware of it can be found here…. it is for a charity organization called Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep.  Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (NILMDTS), is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization committed to assisting parents and families who experience the tragedy of an early infant loss. NILMDTS connects families with volunteer photographers and provides them with a professional portrait session and reproducible CD of the images of their baby at no cost to the family.
