She’s 6 Months Old!!!
{Racine WI Child/Family Photographer}

Wow, time sure flies and babies grow so fast.  It really is true what they say “don’t blink or you will miss it”…. cherish each and every moment because time will not stand still and before you know it she will be off to school, off to collage then getting married and having babies of her own…. and you will be thinking, where did the time go?  I know because my babies are now 13 and 11 and I ask myself this very question every single day.  Watching your children grow is one of life’s greatest experiences.   And, it is also one of the most rewarding aspects of my job.  Watching my clients children grow.  I photographed mommy when she was pregnant with Ms. K and then did her newborn photos as well.  And now to see her 6 months later is so amazing to me.  Her precious little smile, her endless “taking”, her new little teeth etc.

I LOVE my job.  🙂

Thank-you “E” family for bringing Ms. K back to me for her 6 month photos.  It was so good to see you 3 again and I hope to see you again in another 6 months when she turns ONE.  🙂

11 Day Old Newborn Baby Girl!!!
{Southeastern WI Newborn Photographer}

This little girl is an Easter Baby, born on Easter Sunday.  We did her session at 11 days old.  She was so good and so cute.  Look at those chubby cheeks.  I just loved them and it was so hard to not kiss all over her.  LOL  She did NOT want to sleep though.  We were with them for about 4 hours and this little girl was awake the entire time.  I bet she slept like a little princess after we left though.  I think we really tired her out.  🙂  Even though she didn’t want to sleep for us, she still did a really good job and barely fussed.  She also gave us some great eye contact which is always hard to capture with a newborn.  But little girl was all eyes.  🙂

Anyway, “M” family, it was really great working with you again and meeting the new addition to your family.

Here is a little sneak peek for you and while you are visiting my blog, feel free to click on the comments section below this post to “leave me a note” and/or click on one of the “sharing is sexy” buttons below this post to share with family and friends.  Thank-you, Kimberly

5 Day Old Newborn Baby Boy!!!
{Northern ILL Newborn Photographer}

This little guy is a Good Friday baby born at 7 pounds 7 ounces and only 5 days old when we photographed him.  He was sooooo good for us.  It took him awhile to go to sleep, he was fighting it all the way.  But once he was out, he was in what I call a “milk coma” and just did an outstanding job.  He is welcomed home by of course mom and dad and his big sister Ms. S who just adored him…. and I just adored her.  I had a hard time not following her around with my camera but had to keep reminding myself that I was there to photograph the baby.  LOL  She was just to cute for words.

Anyway, it was so good meeting you and your beautiful family.  Mary Ann and I had a great time with you at your home and we hope to see you again soon.

Newborn Baby Boy!!!
{Waterford WI Newborn Photographer}

This little guy was soooooo good and so, so, so cute.  As you may know, I typically love photographing newborns when they are around 6-10 days old.  However, sometimes it doesn’t work out like that.  Most mom’s will call while they are still pregnant (which is awesome) and many will also do a maternity photo session with us as well like this momma did.  But sometimes things happen that are out of our control. This poor little peanut was born with a broken collar bone so we opted to wait until he was healed as I would definitely rather work with an older newborn verses the risk of hurting him more trying to photograph him.  So, now at 5.5 weeks and all healed and doing much, much better… he was a dream to work with.  He was awake for a majority of the session but then at the end we totally lost him in dream land and he was putty in our hands.  🙂

It was so good to see you again mom and it was great to meet you dad.  You have such a precious little guy.  I know the first few weeks and even a couple of months are hard with a newborn and the lack of sleep is a killer.  But, don’t blink because that is how fast it will go by.

Beautiful Mommy To Be!!!
{Southeastern Wisconsin Maternity/Newborn Photographer}

I was very excited to photograph this momma to be and her family.  I photographed them about 3 years ago with her Mom, Dad and her siblings.  Soon to be big sister Ms. J here was only 3 (if that) at the time.  So, now at 5 yrs old, I was really excited to see her again.  She even drew me the most beautiful picture.  🙂  Love it Ms. J… thank-you so much.

Anyway, here is a little sneak peek of your maternity session.  I can’t wait to see you again and meet your new little addition soon.

Thank-you, Kimberly
