Session Fee Information
The session retainer fee covers: Kimberly Ann’s time and talent during a personal on-location session at a location(s) of your choice, travel to your location of choice, digital processing including minor retouching, a pre-session consultation either by phone or in person and your choice of an online proofing gallery or an in person ordering session.

The session retainer fee is due within 4 days after we schedule your session to reserve your date. This guarantees the time and date allotted for you. Should payment not be received in this time frame, Kimberly Ann reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client. This fee is non refundable but can be applied to one re-scheduled session if notice of cancellation is given at least a 48 hour notice.

On-location Outdoor Session
$100.00 weekday / $130.00 Saturday
An on-location session takes place at the location of your choice and lasts approximately 60-90 minutes. This session cost includes up to 3 people. Add $20.00 for each additional person.
On-location Studio Session
$150.00 weekday / $200.00 Saturday
This is the most convenient solution to those cold and dark winter. We will bring the studio lighting, backdrops (if needed) and some small props to you. (This session fee does not include newborn sessions… see below for newborn session information) This session cost includes up to 3 people. Add $20.00 for each additional person.
Studio Session
$100.00 weekday / $130.00 Saturday
(2 people maximum)
A studio session takes place at our residential studio and lasts approximately 60-90 minutes. (This session fee does not include newborn sessions… see below for newborn session information)
Newborn Only Session (No Weekend Sessions)
$175.00 weekday ONLY
This is the most convenient solution for those newborn sessions. I will bring the studio, lightingand backdrops (if needed) and some small props to you in the comfort of your own home. If baby is under 2 weeks old, you will receive a complimentary set of 25 custom designed birth announcements with the session.
Belly to Baby (Maternity PLUS Newborn) Session
$225.00 weekday ONLY
A Pair of sessions! One to capture the end of your pregnancy and one to celebrate the life of your new little one. This session is complete with a mini maternity session plus the newborn session. The maternity session can take place at the studio or at an outdoor location of your choice. The newborn session, I will bring the studio, lighting and backdrops (if needed) and some small props to you in the comfort of your own home. If baby is under 2 weeks old, you will receive a complimentary set of 25 custom designed birth announcements with the session.
Babies First Year Session
$275.00 weekday / $300.00 Saturday
THREE portrait sessions, exclusively designed for babies first year of life. The newborn session, 6-9 months (sitting) mini session and a 1 year photo session. This collection also comes with one 3-image 10×20 custom collage (1 image from 3 sessions) at the end of the 3rd session. Also, a complimentary set of 25 custom designed birth announcements with your newborn session if baby is under 2 weeks old.
*Add on a maternity or a Tummy time (4-5 months) session for an additional $35.00*
Add a Location – $25.00 per additional location that is not within walking distance.
Add $75 for sessions that land on a Holiday or Holiday weekend.
There is a minimal travel fee for on-location sessions that are over a 25 mile radius from our studio location. Please ask for a quote.
